The class and who it suits
Sorcerer combines fire and ice. Fire deals most damage; ice slows and binds enemies and also hits areas. Early on, expensive skills can empty your MP before a fight ends unless you choose mana-saving specializations. Later, the class shifts toward pure damage and skills that cut each other's cooldowns.
Your job in combat
What to know first
- Specialization slots unlock at skill levels 8, 12, and 20. Pick one option per slot; early options can also go into later slots.
- Flame Arrow is the basic left-click attack. Every hit in its chain restores 100 MP, so use it when mana is low.
- Hellfire charges through three stages. A macro uses only one: roughly 5,000 damage instead of 35,000 fully charged. Give it a separate key and hold it down.
- Frost Burst has a 7% chance to affect a boss immune to bind.
- Robe of Earth gives Critical Hit above 50% MP, while Grace of Enhancement boosts damage above 25% MP. Keeping mana high also keeps your damage high.

Stigmas

PvE set
Defense
Curse: Tree, Soul Freeze, Lumiel's Space, and Hibernation are PvP tools. Divine Burst deals the most stagger-bar damage and helps survival at +10.
At the start, level 1 Element Enhancement and Delayed Explosion are enough; take Fire Wall and Cold Storm to +5.
Rotation
Opening
- Step 01 — buffsWish of Concentration and Element Enhancement.
- Step 02 — debuffDelayed Explosion makes the target take more damage.
- Step 03 — attackFully charged Hellfire, then your macro.
If a boss leaves Fire Wall or Cold Storm, the debuff is already applied. Continue using multi-hit Firestorm and Bittercold Wind.
After key skills reach level 16
- Step 01First and second macro rows.
- Step 02Fully charged Hellfire.
- Step 03Wish of Concentration reduces all cooldowns by 10 seconds.
- Step 04Hellfire again, followed by the macro.
Macros
Macro rows run by priority, using everything ready in the first row before the second.
- Element Enhancement, Fire Wall, Cold Storm, Delayed Explosion.
- Firestorm, Bittercold Wind, Winter's Shackles, Blaze.
- Wish of Concentration.
- Flame Arrow.
Keep Hellfire off the macro and charge it fully by hand. See the skill macro guide for delay settings.
Daevanion

Skip Critical Damage Tolerance, Critical Hit Resist, and multi-hit resistance; they do not help in PvE. Dungeon seals, fortresses, and main and side quests provide board crystals. See the Sorcerer boards in Daevanion.
Equipment and titles
Above skill level 10–14, rings, Arcana, weapons, and Guards add levels. The new rotation needs Wish of Concentration, Blaze, and Flame Arrow at level 16, followed by Hellfire, Firestorm or Bittercold Wind, and Winter's Shackles.
At the endgame, prioritize Combat Speed and cooldown reduction to speed up the cycle. Equip titles from dungeon seal clears and the monolith. See the stats guide for more detail.
Common mistakes
- Hellfire in the macroOne charge stage instead of three means far less damage.
- No early MP savingsMana runs out and the bonuses from Robe of Earth and Grace of Enhancement disappear.
- Wish of Concentration too early after level 16It works best after other skills have started cooling down.
- PvP stigmas in dungeonsControl does not damage the boss.
Checklist for harder content
Sorcerer ready
- Absorb Essence leveled;
- Hellfire on its own key;
- four macro rows timed for your ping;
- Wish of Concentration, Blaze, and Flame Arrow on track for level 16;
- a defensive stigma available for dangerous mechanics.
The takeaway
Sorcerer solves MP problems early, then links Wish of Concentration, Blaze, and Flame Arrow into a cooldown cycle. Fully charge Hellfire manually and keep MP high to sustain damage bonuses.
