1. What is offered
Access to the paid functions of the TeamMate program (the farm tracker, the cube finder and other PRO functions) for the period you choose: 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. The DPS meter is free. Paying means you accept these terms.
2. Payment
Prices are shown on the plans page in rubles, euro and dollars. Payments are accepted through third-party payment services (payment aggregators) shown on the payment page; the list of services and payment methods may change. The Provider does not receive or store your card details — the payment service processes them. The service counts as provided once the licence key is shown to you after the payment.
2.1. Ordering and timing
1) On the pricing page choose the access period and payment method and accept this offer. 2) Pay on the payment service page. 3) The activation key appears on screen right after payment — the service is provided immediately, usually within 1 minute. If the key does not appear, write to us by e-mail or Telegram with the order number — the key is issued within 1 business day.
You can cancel the purchase at any time before you receive the key: simply do not complete the payment. If the payment went through but you did not receive a key, the money is refunded in full (clause 5.2 "a").
3. Key
The key is activated in the program (Settings → PRO). The period runs from the payment, or from the first activation for keys bought elsewhere (for example on FunPay). Paying again for the same key adds the days to the time left. The key is bound to one computer (by its hardware, so reinstalling Windows keeps it). On a new computer the key moves by itself once every 30 days and stops working on the old one; more often — through support. Sharing or reselling a key is not allowed.
4. A program in active development
4.1. TeamMate is not a finished product. It is in early access and is developed all the time: functions are added, changed, temporarily switched off or removed, the interface changes, and errors and interruptions are possible. The program depends on the game and its updates, which the Provider does not control.
4.2. You buy access to the program as it is at the moment of payment, together with the updates the Provider releases during the paid period. Plans, announcements and descriptions of future functions are not a promise and not part of the service.
4.3. Before paying, try the free part of the program (the DPS meter) and make sure TeamMate works on your computer and with your connection. By paying you confirm that you have read the description of the paid functions and accept that the program is still being developed.
5. Refunds
5.1. The key is delivered right after the payment. By paying you ask for access to start at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the key is activated.
5.2. A full refund is given only if: (a) the key was not shown to you within 2 days after the payment; (b) the key has not been activated in the program and no more than 3 days have passed since the payment; (c) a paid function does not work through the Provider’s fault and the Provider could not fix it within 30 days — in that case the unused days are refunded.
5.3. Once the key is activated, the service is provided and the payment is not refunded, except under 5.2 (c). If a function stops working for a while (for example after a game update), the Provider fixes it and adds the downtime to the key instead of a refund.
5.4. Not a reason for a refund: changing, reworking, temporarily switching off or removing individual functions while the program is developed (section 4); display errors that do not stop the main function from working; restrictions or a ban of the game account by the game operator; changes of the game that stop a function for a time; a computer, network or VPN that does not meet the requirements (Windows 10/11 with Npcap installed); expectations based on plans or announcements; changing your mind after activation.
5.5. Not refunded: keys given for free (gifts, giveaways); keys bought from other sellers (FunPay and others) — refunds follow the rules of that marketplace; keys blocked for breaking section 3 (sharing, reselling, attempts to bypass the check).
5.6. How to get a refund: 1) write to info@dbaion2.online or Telegram @dbaion2 with the order number, the key and the reason; 2) we reply within 3 business days and decide no later than 10 days after your request; 3) if approved, the key is disabled and the money is returned the same way you paid, in full — without deducting payment service or bank fees — within 10 days of the decision. The time it takes to reach your card depends on your bank.
5.7. If you dispute the payment with your bank (chargeback) without contacting the Provider first, the key is blocked until the dispute is settled. The Provider gives the bank and the payment service the key’s activation and usage records: activation date, the bound computer and the dates of access checks.
5.8. If the law of your country gives a consumer more rights than this section, those rights apply.
6. Risks and liability
6.1. TeamMate is not an official NCSOFT product. It reads the game’s network traffic on your computer and does not change the game files, its memory or send commands to the game. Using third-party programs with an online game may break the game’s rules; you decide to use it at your own risk, including the risk of account restrictions. Some functions are marked as experimental in the program and need your separate consent.
6.2. The program is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it suits your particular purposes or works without errors; compatibility with future game updates is not guaranteed.
6.3. As far as the law allows, the Provider’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current access period. The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, lost game items or currency, or restrictions of the game account.

The terms may change; the new edition is published on this page. Periods already paid keep their terms.
