PRO payment: temporary payment provider outage
The payment provider is having temporary problems with card payments: the payment page may not open or the payment breaks off. The issue is on their side — your card and TeamMate are fine.
What to do
- Wait a bit and try again — the outage is temporary.
- Or choose Backup payment — the «Backup payment» button under each plan on the checkout page. With Backup payment the key is also delivered automatically, right after payment.
Your PRO key still arrives automatically after payment.
If the money was charged but no key arrived — write to us on Telegram and we will sort it out.
